Propp's Character Types

I found that there is a range of different aspects of day-to-day life that can result in categorising it to a specific genre. The genre I am creating is a 'Supernatural horror'. The research I have done will help me when it come to creating my genre as it has demonstrated through the positioning, colour , lighting and setting how different aspects can help position these in a specific genre. For a supernatural Horror it is clear that i will need dark settings and surroundings, a sense of leadership or and overpowering spirit, low and high angle cuts to suggest that some one is watching, A sense abandonment or mystery and a clear contrast of light and darkness. By using these I will present a clear representation of the supernatrual horror.
